Interpreting work process :
Quotation : analysis of the demand and quotation drafted the same day. We provide the conference interpreter and the equipment which is chosen after discussion between the client, our agency and if necessary under the advice of our technician.
Organisation of the translation part of the conference, the international meeting or event : Selection of the equipment ("heavy": interpreting booths or "light": suitcase with micros and headsets), selection of the conference interpreters according to the languages and the subject.
Day of the conference : The interpreters arrive always at least 30 minutes before the beginning of the event. When "heavy" equipment is required, a technician is always on site. |
